Terms of service
These terms cover the Launch Check, Ship-it Sprint, Rescue, add-ons and Care sold on this site by Max Zeshut, Sarmacka 12G, Warsaw, Poland ("I", "me"). By paying, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
What you buy
Each service is described on its page: Launch Check, Ship-it Sprint, Rescue and Care. That description is the scope. Work outside it (new features, rewrites, native mobile apps) needs a separate quote.
Timing
Deadlines (48 hours for a Launch Check, 5 working days for a Sprint, 24 hours to start a Rescue) run from the moment I have the access listed on the intake form. Working days are Monday to Friday.
Access to your systems
- You give me collaborator access to your code repository, database project and hosting. I never ask for, and you should never send, passwords or secret keys.
- I make changes through your repository so you can see and keep every one. I don't delete data or production resources without asking you first.
- I don't copy your customers' data off your systems. If I need sample data to test, I make test records.
- When I'm done, you get a list of the keys and secrets to rotate, and you can remove my access at any time.
- What I learn about your app and business stays confidential. I only publish a write-up of your project with your written permission, and without anything that identifies you unless you agree.
What I don't promise
No one can honestly guarantee that an app is secure, so I don't. I promise to do the work described, carefully, and to tell you in writing what I checked, what I fixed and what is still open. Problems outside that list, in services you use (your builder, database provider, host, payment provider), or caused by changes made after my handoff, aren't covered.
Your part
You confirm you own the app or have the right to let me work on it, and that you'll keep a copy of anything you can't afford to lose before work starts. You decide whether to deploy my changes; I'll recommend when.
Who owns the work
Everything I write for your app is yours once it's paid for. I keep the right to reuse general know-how and my own checklists and templates.
Payment and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and paid up front through Stripe. Taxes are added where the law requires. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Liability
As far as the law allows, my total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid me for it, and I'm not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the courts of Warsaw, Poland. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please email me first: most problems are solved faster that way.
Changes
I may update these terms; the version on this page when you paid applies to that order. Last updated 26 October 2026.
