Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data I, Max Zeshut, collect through maxzeshut.com and when you buy from me, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. I'm the controller of that data: Max Zeshut, Sarmacka 12G, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: [email protected].
What I collect
- When you buy: your name, email, billing details and the app address and builder you enter at checkout. Stripe processes the payment; I never see your full card number.
- When you use the Launch Scorecard: your answers stay in your browser. If you ask me to email the checklist, I store your email and, if you give it, your app's address, through Marketinque.
- When you email me: what you send. My email is hosted by Zoho.
- When you browse: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity record which pages you visit and how you use them, with cookies, so I can see what works on the site.
- While I work on your app: I access your systems as a collaborator. I don't copy your customers' personal data off them.
Why
To deliver what you bought, to answer you, to send the checklist you asked for and one follow-up, to keep accounting records the law requires, and to understand how the site is used. I don't sell personal data and I don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.
Who else processes it
- Stripe (payments and receipts)
- Marketinque (the scorecard email list)
- Zoho (email)
- Google and Microsoft (analytics)
- DigitalOcean (hosts this site; keeps standard server logs)
How long
Order and invoice records: as long as tax law requires. Scorecard emails: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete them. Emails: as long as they're useful for the work, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can object to any use of it, by emailing [email protected]. I answer within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority.
