The Ship-it Sprint is a fixed-price, 5-day project where I fix everything on my production list for your AI-built app and hand it back to you. It costs $1,090. If it isn't live in 5 working days, you get the full amount back.

What's included
- Database access rules (Supabase row level security or your database's equivalent) and sign-in checked with two real accounts
- Every route and function checks who is calling before it reads or changes data
- Secret keys moved out of the browser and the repository, and rotated where they were exposed
- Stripe payments with verified webhooks: access granted on payment, removed on cancellation or failure
- Your own domain with HTTPS, and every sign-in, reset and payment link pointing at it
- Sign-in and receipt emails from your domain, through a real email service
- A nightly backup kept away from your database provider, and one restore tested
- Error monitoring and uptime alerts that reach you
- Rate limits on sign-up, forms and AI calls
- A handoff document: what I changed, why, and what not to undo when you keep building
Everything arrives as changes in your repository, so you keep control and can read what changed. Your builder keeps working.
The five days
- Day 1: access, a full review, and a written plan for the week sent to you that evening.
- Days 2 to 4: the fixes, one area at a time, with a short status message from me each evening.
- Day 5: tests with real accounts and a real payment, the handoff document, and a call or video to walk you through it.
The 5 days start when I have access to everything on the intake form.
Add-ons, $190 each
- One more integration (an email tool, a CRM, a calendar)
- SEO basics: titles, sitemap, Search Console, page speed
- GA4 and Microsoft Clarity, with the events that matter to you
- Transactional email from your own domain (receipts, resets, invites)
- A simple admin page for the records you edit by hand today
Each adds about a day. I'll say in your Launch Check report which ones you'd actually need.
Not included
- Rewriting the app from scratch, or moving it to another builder
- New features beyond the add-ons
- Native mobile apps
- Regulated data such as health records or card numbers stored by you (I'll tell you who to talk to)
If your Launch Check already counted toward it, the Sprint is $791 within 14 days of the report.
Questions
What exactly is included?
Everything on the Sprint list: database rules and sign-in, secrets out of the browser, Stripe and its webhooks, your domain and email, backups, error and uptime monitoring, and a handoff document. Add-ons are quoted in your Launch Check report.
Do I need a Launch Check first?
No, but most people start there: it shows exactly what the Sprint will cover, and its price comes off the Sprint.
What if the Sprint isn't live in 5 working days?
You get the full $1,090 back. The 5 days start when I have access to everything on the intake form.
What happens after the 5 days?
You own everything. If you want someone watching it, Care is $149 a month and you can cancel any time.
